SHIPPING
Shipping to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, and the US contiguous 48 states will be as listed. Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii may be slightly higher.
Shipping cost for orders outside of North America will be determined per order. These orders will also require an international money order, shipping insurance, and a delivery signature. The order will ship after the money order has cleared the bank.
Theft is a problem in Hungary, Romania, Greece, Italy, and Mexico. Shipment to these countries will be by insured airmail and added to your order. Stitch It can not guarantee delivery and will not reimburse payments if the shipment does not arrive. Orders to Nigeria will not be accepted.
All transactions are in US dollars.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Our goal is to make sure you are 100% happy with every purchase from Stitch It Quilts. If you receive something that does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of receiving the merchandise. Please feel free to call or e-mail us with any questions you may have prior to your purchase to help avoid the need to return an item.
Please DO NOT return any item without the prior authorization of Stitch It Quilts. Please contact us by email (shop@stitchitquilts.com) or phone 701-277-1899 as soon as possible.
Refunds will be given in the same manner as payment was received. If payment was made using a credit card, a credit will be issued to the same account number. If payment was made with a check, money order or cashier's check, a refund check will be issued.
If the return is due to an error on the part of Stitch It Quilts, the refund will include the amount of the purchase for the returned item and the original shipping costs. A pre-paid mailer will be sent to return the item. If the return is for any other reason, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender
Returned items must be in saleable condition. The returned items must be returned in its original condition. We cannot accept washed fabrics, cut fabrics, fabrics with cigarette odors, other odors, etc. No packages will be accepted if sent "collect" or "postage due." All returns must be accompanied by the original packing slip/invoice.
All sales from clearance and sale categories or end of bolts are FINAL with NO RETURNS accepted on these items.
In showing fabric images on our web site, we do our best to achieve the highest level of color accuracy. However, we cannot guarantee how they appear to you or on your computer. Colors may vary for many reasons including the way your computer monitor displays colors. We recommend that you use the images AND the product description as a guide in your orders
Privacy:
Stitch It Quilts has no intentions of ever sharing any information that is gathered with any outside organizations. In the event that ever changes, we will notify you right away of our intentions and give you a chance to opt-out of any such information sharing. Again, let us say, we have no such intentions of ever doing this.
